Then, under the guidance of Tipton Jones-Boiter, you’ll learn techniques for applying coffee as a painting medium, much like watercolors. Using various brushwork methods and layering effects, you’ll transform your drawing into a beautifully toned coffee painting.

Instructor Bio
Tipton Jones-Boiter is a visual artist and musician from the upstate of South Carolina.
Tipton has been painting professionally for over 30 years. Starting out at the age of 16 as a muralist and faux finisher, she eventually shifted to commissions consisting mostly of portraits featuring people and pets. Her mediums of choice are primarily acrylic or oil on canvas and prepared coffee on paper. She also writes down her most memorable dreams uses those details to inspire surrealistic paintings.
